Join the Two-Day Clay Vase Workshop on August 2 and 3 at 5:00 PM. This advanced workshop is designed for those who have prior experience with clay and are eager for more: more scale, more detail, and more focus on form. You will work with the coil technique, one of the oldest methods of hand-building ceramics, which was used to create jugs for wine and water in Ancient Greece. The workshop is a slow and thoughtful process that requires attention and immersion. Over two sessions, you will: — learn how to build up and shape your form — create a decorative vase based on your own design. You’ll be able to pick up your finished, kiln-fired piece in about two weeks. The instructor, Polina, is a ceramicist with over three years of experience, creating tableware, vases, and sculptural objects. She will guide you to connect with the material and find your style. The cost for participation is 100 GEL, which includes all materials and firing. Sign up via the telegram bot.
