Kids will learn about the actual work of scientists, touch fossils, learn to read ancient tracks, and discover how modern technologies help uncover the mysteries of the past. 3. **Lecture on July 24 (Thursday) at 20:00** - "The Greatest Catastrophes in Earth's History". We will delve into the depths of history to understand that catastrophes are not exceptions but the driving force of Earth's history. 4. **Excursion on July 25 (Friday) at 15:00** - "The Prehistoric Past of Georgia" at the National Museum of Georgia. We will embark on a journey back 1.8 million years to discover who inhabited the territory of modern Georgia in prehistoric times, what the nature was like, and what animals the first human ancestors encountered after arriving from Africa.
