Experience the greatest wines of France with excellent gastronomical additions. This event, hosted by RESERVE, is designed for only 12 guests. Masterfully curated by Sommelier Nikoloz and Chef Tomi, they have crafted not just a tasting session, but a memorable adventure. Taste four rare French wines, perfectly paired with four exquisite dishes: - Gitton Père Sancerre Les Romains 2021 with goat cheese, beetroot, and grilled peach. - Chateau d’Yquem Sauternes 2013 paired with crab tartelette, apple, and blue cheese. - Chateau Gloria Saint-Julien 2015 with duck dumpling, sweet potato, and onion. - Chateau Talbot Saint-Julien 2014 accompanied by veal, truffle sauce, and parmesan-potato purée.
