Sunday cuppings are back. Mark is back from vacation and happy to see familiar faces again. This Sunday, we will be cupping three washed coffees from Abyss Coffee, Barcelona: Colombia El Corozal, Ethiopia Gemeda, and Colombia Aruzi — the same ones we’re brewing on V60 right now. This is a great chance to taste them side by side, not one by one at V60.
