Join the Self-Compassion Skills Development Group led by Elizaveta, a clinical psychologist and ACT therapist. This group aims to explore the concepts of self-love, kindness, and gentleness while practically applying these ideas to develop a mindset of self-compassion. Over the course of 8 sessions, which are held weekly on Fridays at 7:00 PM, participants will delve into theoretical aspects related to Therapy focused on self-compassion, engage in reflective and relaxing practices, and share experiences with one another. It is important to note that while the group consists of 8 meetings, individuals can join at any stage, as each session's structure is designed to easily integrate participants into the topic. The first meeting will take place on July 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM, and attendance is based on a donation starting from 10 GEL.
