The Psychological Support Group will be launching its second session on August 14th. The group aims to assist individuals in a supportive setting, and it will take place every Thursday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the lower hall. The group is charitable, with 20% of each meeting's proceeds going to aid Ukrainian refugees. The group is semi-open; interested individuals must call the facilitator to discuss the rules and align their requests and expectations for participation. Attendees can join the meetings regularly or as convenient. The composition of the group may change, but participants will be able to see who is attending each meeting through chat. The facilitator, Maria Maricheva, specializes in CBT, feminist, and family therapy, and has expertise in special education including autism and other neurodivergences. Please note that the support group can assist with various requests, socialization, communication skills, and psychoeducation. However, it is essential to recognize that this is a support group and not therapy. Individuals in need of psychotherapy should prioritize seeking individual therapy as the group cannot replace it. Date: August 14, 2025, at 7:00 PM. Location: Betlemi, 23. Entry is by donation. Registration is available via the link in the profile.
