About Event

This event features a Mathematics Olympiad class for teenagers in grades 5-9. The class is aimed at school students and younger kids who have previously studied mathematics additionally. The main start of the club will be in September, coinciding with the end of vacations. Prior to that, trial classes will gradually begin to familiarize students with the subject and prepare for the new academic year. Participants will work with Olympiad problems and higher-difficulty tasks, encouraging non-standard thinking, reasoning, finding ‘beautiful’ solutions, and enjoying the learning process. The instructor, Mikhail Viktorovich, is a graduate of the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of Moscow State University and has over 8 years of teaching experience. Feedback from participants is crucial, as suggestions for what should be included to make the class the most engaging are welcomed. The cost for participation in one class is 30 GEL.
