Join us for an exciting excursion with the paleontologist Yaroslav Popov at the National Museum of Georgia on July 25, 2025, at 15:00. Discover the prehistoric past of Georgia, as we travel back 1.8 million years to where it all began. Learn about the creatures that inhabited modern-day Georgia during prehistoric times, the nature of the environment, and the animals that the earliest ancestors of humans encountered after migrating from Africa. We will discuss ancient landscapes, climate, fossil finds, and amazing creatures. The excursion lasts approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. The cost of participation is 80 GEL.
