Join a delightful city plein air on August 16 at 18:00 in Dedaena Park. While the weather in Tbilisi is nice, a series of plein airs will be conducted with Maria Mizerbitskaya to draw from nature, explore the space, and learn to see it in a new way — first in daylight, and then in soft evening twilight. The event will start with simple exercises, transitioning into longer work, moving from general observation to interpretation. The plein air will last for 2.5-3 hours where participants can try different approaches including quick sketches, gradual detailing, and a final long drawing (30-40 minutes). Any materials are suitable; you can draw by hand or use a tablet with Procreate. The key aspect is the desire to observe, explore, and not to be afraid to try. Maria Mizerbitskaya, the instructor, is an illustrator, designer, and teacher. With an architectural background and a graduate of British illustration courses, she offers a natural approach to creativity in life and currently conducts offline workshops in Tbilisi. Participants will gather at 18:00 at the entrance to Dedaena Park (the exact location will be provided a day prior). The event begins at 18:00 to catch both the daylight and sunset. The participation fee is 25₾ in advance and 30₾ on the event day. Registration can be done through the provided Telegram bot or via direct messages.
